OUR STORY
FOUNDER-LED. PURPOSE-DRIVEN.
Charge didn’t start as a business idea. It started as a problem.
We were training hard, working long days, and constantly on the move. Like most people trying to stay healthy, we relied on quick snacks to get through the day.
But the options were poor. Protein bars were overly sweet. “Healthy” snacks were heavily processed. Nothing felt like real food.
We wanted something simple. High protein. Savoury. Made from real ingredients.
It didn’t exist. So we built it.
Laura comes from a competitive powerlifting background and still trains regularly. She reads the back of every pack and was tired of products filled with artificial ingredients and unnecessary additives.
John works on Future Oak Farm, focused on regenerative practices and land management. Hunting is used as a tool to actively manage the land and support biodiversity.
